These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the DeenMatch matrimonial platform (together, the “Service”), operated by DeenMatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use DeenMatch, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or misrepresents their circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to correct it if it changes. You may not create more than one active profile or create a profile on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent.
Every profile is reviewed by a moderator before it becomes visible to other members. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any profile that is incomplete, inaccurate, impersonates another person, or otherwise violates these Terms. Editing certain parts of your profile after approval may send it back for re-review before changes go live.
For female members, a guardian (wali) contact is a required part of your profile. That contact information is kept private and is only shared with another member after mutual interest has been accepted and you have separately approved that specific reveal request. You represent that any guardian contact information you provide is accurate and that you have the guardian’s knowledge that they may be contacted under these circumstances.

DeenMatch facilitates introductions consistent with Islamic principles; it does not guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will result in marriage, or that any member’s claims about themselves are accurate. You are responsible for your own due diligence, judgment, and decisions, including any decision to proceed with a guardian, family, or the individual you are introduced to.
Some features of the Service may be offered free of charge, and others on a paid subscription or one-time-fee basis. Where a fee applies, the price and billing terms will be presented to you before you are charged.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by DeenMatch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the profile content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other members or to the platform.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any member profile is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeenMatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other members, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal or local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
